I have pulsar150cc its RPM meter has a red light, some time it glow some time its not what it indicates?

And also how to maintain pulsar and when i should change engine and brake oil? (i bought July 2009)I have pulsar150cc its RPM meter has a red light, some time it glow some time its not what it indicates?Normally a light on an RPM gauge is a shift light ........reminds you when to shift to the next gear.



It's the lights at best time to have the easiest load on the engine and best fuel mileage.



The Brake FLUID should be changed at least one a year.



I'm not sure about the oil change intervals on those smaller engine .



Basically if the oil smells or looks burnt.....just change it anyway.
