98 c230 mercedes benz light problem?

My brake lights seem to have always had a problem and ALWAYS want to go out on me, no matter how many times i change the bulbs and now my headlights are dying... what to do and where can i get what ever i need for a cheap price? thanx98 c230 mercedes benz light problem?You need an ASE Certified Auto Electrician for this problem.
