How can you fix an ABS light that is on?

When i first got the car, the ABS light came on. When i did an oil change, it turned off for about 2-3 months and then came back on. It's been on ever since and when you step on the brakes, it makes a rattle noise and sometimes the break sinks in.



I've bled my breaks and fixed my brake pads and it stopped after awhile, but then it started to sink a bit again.
