I have a 1996 Chrysler sebring and the turn signals don't work right?

And the brake lights are messed up as well.. Well, we were messing around with the turn signal lever and found out if we pull on the lever for a second, the brake lights are somehow connected.. So we figure that we need to change the switch.. Sorry, I don't know tooo much about cars.. Anyways, we can't afford to have it done in the shop so we want to have a family member do this for us.. Do you know where I can find out how to excatly do this? It has an air bag, and we don't want to mess anything up.. Any help is greatly needed.. Thank you !I have a 1996 Chrysler sebring and the turn signals don't work right?ah, the switch, there are a few screws holding that cover behind your wheel on underneath,. remove screws, pop top cover off then lower, there are 2 screws holding your switch in. do it with ground to battery off. another alternitive, that hazard button, just slightly violently keep cycling it for 2 minutes. then try your turn signals again.I have a 1996 Chrysler sebring and the turn signals don't work right?Turn signals don't work?
