Also does anyone know how to reset the brake code? not the battery way but ignition way somehow, thank youWhere are the brake sensors located on a BMW 2002 330I?Did you get the brakes replaced at a BMW dealership or at least an authorized BMW repair shop? I think when the brake light indicator comes on, it needs to be reset through the computer. I doubt it's your brake pad sensors that need to be replaced. I would check on a BMW forum and ask the experts there.Where are the brake sensors located on a BMW 2002 330I?They're right next to the calipers. You can see the wires going to them. they're little plastic things. Easy and cheap to change. Whoever did your brakes was a chump for not doing that.Where are the brake sensors located on a BMW 2002 330I?Yes. The front left wheel holds one %26quot;Pad wear sensor%26quot; and the other is located at the rear right / passenger wheel. Both should be replaced when brake pads are replaced. And there is no secret to resetting the light. If the sensors are good and there are no other system faults, open the driver door, turn the key to the %26quot;AUX%26quot; (first click) position and allow to sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute. This should turn off the light. Turn off the key and start the motor and the light should be off. If not, check for other system faults.Where are the brake sensors located on a BMW 2002 330I?Hi, your do not need to reset the brakes. The break light will go off when you put the new breaks if replaced the sensor's wire. If you replaced the breaks with after market brakes that has no place for the sensor wire. Then you cannot turn that light off. I hope that helped.
