How do I change the centre (high) brake light on a Ford Fiesta Mk6 (2005)?

The Ford manual specifies that you should %26quot;remove the 2 grommets%26quot; (on the inside top edge of the boot hatch), then release some kind of clip inside the now-exposed holes using a screwdriver. No matter how hard I try, I can't find ANYTHING to unscrew or unclip inside either of those holes!How do I change the centre (high) brake light on a Ford Fiesta Mk6 (2005)?Shine a light up into the holes to see how the release clip may work.
